When I read Goodology I experimented with the steps and insights the author offers and found my daily life changing before my eyes. The concepts resonated deeply, made perfect sense; the process of freeing ourselves from the murk of lousy energy by turning that same energy into positive, 'good' energy, made not only me feel good, but everyone I came in contact with as well. I recommend this book highly - you'll feel differently after reading it - you'll feel so good!

This is one of the best self-help books available today. The author relates his own life experiences quite well so that as a reader, there is a genuine connection that makes you want to read more. Some things are simple but not easy. This is not the case. The concepts are simple and the implementation is easy. Using the Goodology process ANYONE can change their life . . . in an instant. No joke! It works!
