Jan Frazier

I taught in the secondary schools for 25 years, taking early retirement to teach at the college level. Currently, I teach English and Communication at Bradley University, Peoria, IL, and continue to write novels (fantasy as well as mystery) and nonfiction books in my spare time. The J.C. van Winkler series -- young adult/reader books -- find J.C. and Smitty the ghost going forward and backward in time, traveling throughout Europe. The books educate the young reader on the value of travel and instill in the readers moral and ethical ways of life (in many cultures). In addition to writing, I love to travel, and I go to Europe each year. Having lived in Holland, I love the old-world culture. I hope to introduce my grandchildren to Europe one day.
