Olafur Thor Eiriksson or Olithor Eiriks was born in Reykjavik, Iceland June 19 1955. Had a normal upbringing in Keflavik with a younger brother and sister. He was a goalkeeper and took part in all kinds of sports and had a lot of fun because in Iceland the children are free to play long into the night. After junior college at the age of twenty he caused a horrible accident, where 2 of his friends were killed and he was paralised from the neck down, unable to speak and without memory.
