I wanted to provide an easy read that women could read on the go. A page turner that would get them emotionally connected to the main character. My goal is present real life situations that we can identify with in real life. My novels will make good reads for women groups, book clubs, or just a bunch of friends wanting to get together to discuss a good book. The topics discussed are guaranteed to spark conversation amongst the readers.
Don’t point fingers at other's because as sure as there is one pointing forward there are three fingers pointing back at you. Skeletons in Her Closet is model book to base this staying.
McKenzie Johnson is a college professor who had some pretty wild days when she was a student. After a one night situation that landed her in the hospital fighting for her life she decides that she needs to make a change and leaves that life behind.
Fast forward New Year’s Eve night several years later and like they say, all work and no play can make a girl pretty bored. The innocently started girls night out changes her life. She meets Milton and from there the fairy tale begins. The relationship is great and has now blossomed into an engagement.
Milton and McKenzie could have not been happier until Milton stumbles upon several personal letters belonging to McKenzie . The content prove too much to deal with causing Milton to make a devastating decision. McKenzie confused and unsure what is going on until she too stumbles upon the long forgotten momentos. What was in those letters? Were these letters the “skeletons” in her closet? Was she the only one with the skeletons in her closet?
For Author L'Mignon's first novel of it was a blockbuster. The writing was in-depth novel and hit every point intended. The twists in the mood and ending of the book was one that took the reader on a rollercoaster ride that ended on the last page.
5 Star Read
I recommend this book to those that are about the age of 18 because of the sexual content.
