This book started out as a screenplay and has evolved into so much more. Love Sucks chronicles the life of a newborn vampire from her birth in the 1700's until she awakens in the year 2010. Most importantly, it puts the readers into the main character's shoes. I wanted my readers to ask themselves: What would I do if I woke up buried in the ground, alone, not knowing who or what I had become?
This is an interesting story that gives a different take on the vampire we are all so used to. We see a vampire in the modern world in a mainstream job, cooking, doing laundry and trying her best to live a happy life and finding a well deserved romance.~ Bitten by Books
