How lifestyles have changed during the last ten years or so, watching mature women getting more and more bloated. It occurred to me that it was time to look into the foods that people are opting for, which was processed instead of freshly cooked.. Women full of anxiety, not taking the time to relax, never exercising. As we reach our forties our bodies go through a massive change and it is important to know how to deal with it. It was time for me to write a book that would cover everything to help women get through the menopause, to allow them to see how necessary it was to eat healthily, to show them that everyday should be their best day.
