Learned a lot from reading this booklet, it helped me to think differently about how to communicate in a cordial manner and how to use the phone sensibly and courteously without over reacting to people who do not know how to communicate well. It also helped me to realize not to foolishly use a cell phone when the timing is inappropriate.

This is a great little book that covers all the bases in tele/cell phone conversing and etiquette. It's especially useful for businesses to hand out to new employees, and for parents who'd like to give their teens some advice on proper use of the cell phone.
