I had gone back and forth with the idea of writing this book for many years. It was actually a therapist friend of mine that suggested I write a journal. Journaling can be a wonderful tool to help better understand yourself and the world that surrounds you. It provided me a wonderful sense of self discovery and personal growth. I have been approached by many publishers urging me to use ghost writers. I stood my ground and wrote this in my own words. I wanted you the reader to feel like you were reading my diary because basically you are. So I apologize if the details are a little raw but it was born from honest recollection of past events. My family and friends encouraged me to share this with the public in book form so here it is.
