Sal is ringleader of mischief and laughter with the other girls. A whirlwind in the kitchen, she likes to create a mess. Sal loves real comfort food and has lots of great recipe tricks up her sleeve. Always short on time she's a no fuss cook who goes big on flavour. She's a country loving girl at heart and counts her mum's cooked breakfast as one of her favourite meals.
