Allen D. Buck

I am the product of educators. My father was a high school principal and my mother was a stay-at-home mom prior to teaching math, English, and whatever else was needed for adults to attain their GED. Education was important in our family and I was raised with a strong sense of right vs. wrong. My coaches were firm taskmasters so I was no stranger to hard work in all aspects of life. The principles I learned from my parents and coaches serve as the basis for my approach to coaching.
