Patrick J. Brown is an organizational coach & consultant, and the organizing and lead pastor of The Father’s Heart International Church based in Columbus, Ohio. He is the chief learning officer of Brown Resources Unlimited, a process improvement firm developing and implementing high-performance work systems, strategic alignment and creative solutions.
Engaging such issues as culture, change, and leadership, Patrick is known as an innovative strategist and architect of change. He is a graduate of South Carolina State University (B.A. – English) and North Carolina A&T State University (M.A. in English and African American Literature). Patrick lives with his family in Reynoldsburg, Ohio.
