Before you read this book I have something to share about my past experiences and the idea behind writing this book.
Being born and brought up in a middle class family I had a very simple life as other kids. But when I was growing up, I started looking at things around me and wanted to owe them, but I did not have money to purchase those items. I needed money to purchase them, since then I kept thinking about different ways to earn the money. The word “HOW?” was growing and was becoming big day by day and was like a challenge to me. Then, one day I decided to start something with very small investment. So I started soap business with very little amount of investment. I was only 20 years old at that time and I had to do all such as research about the best soap product, Making a soap, marketing, advertising, delivering, purchasing raw material, inventory control, accounting and bookkeeping and anything else needed to be done. I know how it will be like, to start a business, with 1st hand experience or with no experience. But I continued working earned some money and then decided to move one step forward, and in early 80’s I started a machine shop manufacturing, auto and defense parts business, but the business did not do up to the mark according to my expectations. In 90’s I started Mortgage Company without any knowledge and experience. I had to learn everything from the market and I had to work more than a normal business man. Here I made my first firm decision to continue this business at any cost. My hard work paid back to me and within one year I had 10 employees working for me doing mortgages. During this

period lot of my clients and friends started asking me about how to create LLC or start a business. I have been helping them since last 25 years. One day one of my client suggested me to put these information and experience in a book, that would be helpful to those who have a dream to start their own business but they don’t know from where and how to start. One more thing in late 70’s my doctor told me that I have only 6 months to live. I had bad case of Asthma. Although I did not believe this could happen. Mentally, I was not prepared to die. However this news makes you think about your priority in life. It became clear to me to do what you like to do and help people achieve their dream.
