Born Lamnborn, England 1933. Graduate of the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. Served in Hong Kong, Cyprus, Kenya and Germany. Graduate of the Defense Services Staff College, India 1963. Retired in time to follow other careers. Art dealer, London and Washington DC. 1997 moved to Bocas del Toro, Panama where he lives off the grid on his self sufficient organic farm and writes for pleasure. "Don't Kill The Cow Too Quick" has been credited with inspiring others to become ex pats in Central America.
