I love to read and I love books. I love them all. In my world, any book is better than no book at all. When caught without a book, I find myself reading catsup labels and product information on cleaning supplies. Thank goodness my smartphone has reading apps that rescue me from this embarassing obsession.

My favorite books are contemporary romance (from steamy to erotic) and historical romance, but as I said before I will read just about anything I can get my hands on. Now and then I like to throw in a mystery thriller or gothic horror just for kicks.

I started writing books as soon as I learned to hold a pencil.  In elementary school, the librarian used to let me stay in at recess to read and work on my books. As an adult, when I finally decided to get serious about writing, I joined RWA and several other writing groups where they convinced me that the voices in my head are normal for a writer and I wasn't completely crazy.  

I write for my own enjoyment and hopefully for the enjoyment of others. Even if I never sold another book, I would continue to write. My current focus is steamy contemporary romance and I just released Intoxicated (A Felony Romance Novel) with at least two more in the series to come in 2014.
