1. Could you tell us a little bit about yourself?
I am a stay at home military spouse and mother of two boys. I started writing when I was 12 years old and as I grew older so did my passion for writing. I believe in love and romance which is why it is so easy to write about it. I am a firm believer that everyone young and old, man or woman deserves a little love in their life.
2. Describe your book ‘To Love a Man: It's never easy’ in 30 words or less.
Finding love is easy, but trying to working to make it last is tough! Take this journey with Desiree to see her ups and downs and how it truly feels To Love Man!
3. What was the hardest part of writing your book?
Editing. Writing is easy, but chopping your work down because it’s too long is hard. There are things you want to say but have to get rid of because the story is running too long.
4. What books have had the greatest influence on you?
I have always been into romance novels with writers such as Adrian Byrd and Francis Ray. Rochelle Ayers and Drica Armstrong. But pretty much any book that has a great story and a great message gets my attention.
5. Briefly share with us what you do to market your book?
I promote myself with radio blogs and Facebook, websites like yours which allows me to get my name out there. I am also on amazon however I am trying to get myself out there a little bit more.
6. How do you spend your time when you are not writing?
I enjoy spending it with my family. I have the most amazing boys and a husband I have loved since high school. Since he is in the military we are far from home however we try to get back there as often as possible.
7. What are you working on next?
I have just released my second Novel "A Passion Rekindled" which is available now. I have two books I am looking real ease within the next six months, One called "Undercover Love" which is a remake of my very first novel and 'If only I could" both which are nearing the final stages of completion and a few more that are a work in progress.
