Before I finished my first book "Blue Collar real Estate Mogul "Literary Work." I was asked by one of my best friends who was dying of cancer for a last favor, "Joey never stop writing." Three days after I said yes, he passed away on January 16, 2006. By the time I finished my first Mystery/Thriller book, and found a self publisher willing to take on my book. Hurricane Cores the Big Apple was released in November of 2009. Since then I've never looked back, in the last three years I've had four more books published. Hurricane Rocks Wisconsin, and my latest Mystery/Thriller: Hurricane Strips Las Vegas, my other two books -Poems for the Heart- won an award from the American Poets Society for being one of the top five inspirational books of 2011, and Poems for the Heart Volume II which I've received a few pins for my work in this book.

I have four more Hurricane books ready to be released, I'm just waiting for the right time, and I'm also working on my third poetry book.
