Bukar Usman

Dr Bukar Usman is a retired Permanent Secretary in the Presidency, Abuja, Nigeria.  He is an expert on Nigerian folktales and has published more than 10 folktales in both English and Hausa language. His other books include Hatching Hopes (autobiography), Voices in a Choir (collection of essays on national stability), and a number of booklets on topical issues.
