Katherine Humphries

Kathy Humphries grew up in Summerville, South Carolina, lived in Saint Mary's Georgia, and presently lives in Cary, N.C.  She has been an educator and mother for over twenty years.  She has her Bachelor's Degree and Master's

Degree in Education.  She is a mother and has also been a single parent.  Kathy is interested in creative writing, animals, music, art, and nature.  She enjoys spending time with family and friends.  When writing this book, Kathy was inspired by her own son. 

When Kathy and Lisa found friendship they also found that their experiences combined could create useful and relevant stories that could guide other parents as they teach and love their own children as they have done.
