Yolanda Webb

Yolanda (Loni) Webb is an international motivational speaker.  She is a lecturer, educator and works extensively with black women.  She is the publisher and editor-in-chief of E’LON Couture Magazine and is the President/CEO of E’LON Couture Cosmetics.  The central theme of her message is simply to transform the lives of black women around the world and move them from poverty to plenty, from hopelessness to hope and from pain to power.

She is also the author of two successful books:  Lack Does Not Live Here: The REAL Principles of Prosperous Living for Black Women; and A TWISY Girl Mystery: The Case of the Dropped Pearl.

Yolanda (Loni) is the founder and president of The E’LON Center for Women, a center dedicated to connecting black women to supports around the world.  The E’LON Center for Women is the philanthropic arm of E’LON Couture LLC and exists to provide women with the tools to develop positive self-images paired with the resources to move them from challenging life situations, crisis and poverty to stability and economic self-sufficiency, thereby creating stable lives, healthy families and children and livable communities.

Yolanda has earned degrees in Psychology, Criminal Justice, Humanities and Theology.  She holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees.  She has served as adjunct professor at a number of colleges and universities.  Yolanda is the proud parent of two adult children, Warren and Sascha E’lon and two young granddaughters, Addison and Charli.
